I realy wanted to get into the Perfect World CB (closed beta) so I could test the game rite away! but it doesn't look like I did it so I wont be able to blog more info untill the open beta comes out.

Philippines will launch Perfect World, a Chinese-made massively multiplayer online role playing game, around second or third week of May 2007, just in time for the Philippine mid-term elections.Level Up! Philippines has just purchased 30 new Intel-based Dell servers to house what the local game publisher believes would be the next biggest online game.”Perfect World is a free-to-play, item-based online game that offers a buffet of experiences. It will appeal to both casual and hardcore gamers,” said Jane Walker, chief executive officer of Level Up! Philippines, in an interview with INQUIRER.net.”We’re betting that it will be the biggest game in 2007,” Walker added as she disclosed that the company has just invested about $150,000 to $200,000 for the purchase of the 30 Dell servers."

Perfect World races
In Perfect World you can choose to be the werebeast, elf(winged race) or a human, the werebeast can choose to be a summoner or metamorphs, the summoner summons monsters to help them and the metamorphs transform into animals to make it easyer to travel or fight, maybe even swim.
The elven race starts the game with angel wings so you can fly around as you please, although this race has wings all the other races can fly aswell. The werebeast flys on giant birds (flying pets) and the human flys on enchanted flying weapons like swords. The elven race can choose to become either a archer or a cleric.
The human race are the typical MMO race, they fly around on mgic swords and can choose to become either a mage or a swordsman.

When the game is up and ready to play im gonna be ready to get into the Perfect World and start lvling up, im gonna eventualy open a website which will be posted on this blog, it will have my guild information, events and other things going on inworld.

Great news! You can now experience the upcoming Level Up! game, Perfect World, by being part of our Closed Beta Testers!
Closed Beta Testers will have exclusive access to the game prior to the Public Open Beta and experience Perfect World first hand before we officially launch the game to all servers.
There are several ways to get this Perfect World privilege:
As a Cafe Owner - We are looking for prospective cafes to test Perfect World! Level Up! will conduct a daily raffle for closed beta test accounts to give equal opportunity to other cafes. - Each cafe will receive accounts proportionate to the number of seats. - If you want your cafe to participate in the daily raffle for CBT test accounts, send an e-mail to perfectworld@levelupgames.ph with the subject “PW Cafe” along with the following information: o Cafe Name o Contact Details (Phone Number, E-Mail Address, Cafe Address) o Contact Person o Number of Seats/PC’s - Cafe winners shall be informed via e-mail and on the website announcing the cafe name and address for players nearby to visit the Cafe and try Perfect World.
As a Clan - If you are the Clan leader and would like a good number of your clan to participate, you can join simply by creating a thread in your clan forum boards and recruit prospective members in that thread or discuss anything about Perfect World. - Send the thread URL link to perfectworld@levelupgames.ph with the subject PW Clan. - We will select the most active thread and give a minimum of 10 CBT accounts to the winning Clan per day or half of the members who signed up in your thread in excess of 10.
As Individuals - Create a blog site. - Place a topic on Perfect World in your blog site. - Download the PW banner and post this in your blog site with a link back to this page. - Send your blog address to perfectworld@levelupgames.ph with the subject PW Recruit. - Selected entries shall be posted in the web. |
The Perfect World
The Perfect World is coming, Perfect World is a online MMORPG that has swiftly become well known in China, it's great!, in the perfect world you can do loads and loads of fun things its not just any old MMORPG you can go fishing, swimming, enjoy the wonderfull sites or just find someone you love to fly through the skys with, yes I did say FLY!, in perfect world you can fly around like a bird anytime you like and even bring your lady friend with you as you hold her in your arms.
Perfect World also intoduces a wonderfull system that you will of seen in the well known MMORPG "World Of Warcraft", you can ride around on mounts and its not just you, you can bring your friend with you, yes two seater mounts!, also there is flying mounts. Perfect World is a "create your own world" MMORPG, it allows you to create towns and citys for your guilds and have giant wars between your guild and other guilds.
Perfect World has the best custom character system MMORPG has ever seen, you character can look exatly like the real you, there is millions of face choices to choose from you can choose your hair, face-shape, hair style, eyes ect. And its not just your face, there is millions of cloths to choose from.
